Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 April 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sculpt-os.com, including our video courses, e-books, editorial articles, and short-form videos (together, the “Service”), operated by Sculpt Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sculpt publishes paid video courses and e-books, and free editorial articles and short-form videos, teaching founders, executives, and operators to make confident technical decisions — from evaluating AI and vendors to IP, hiring, and engineering strategy.

The Service is educational and informational in nature and is not a substitute for qualified legal, financial, or technical advice specific to your business.

3. Important Disclaimer — Educational Content Only

Course content, e-book content, editorial articles, shorts, and any downloadable templates are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice, and are not a guarantee of any specific business or technical outcome.

Every business, product, and vendor relationship is different. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make about your own technology, vendors, and contracts. We strongly recommend that you engage qualified legal, financial, or technical advisors before making material business decisions based on Sculpt content.

4. Accounts and Access

When you purchase a course or book, an account is automatically created using the email address you provide at checkout, and you are granted access to that content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are associated with fraudulent activity.

5. Payments and Refunds

All prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Course and book payments are processed by Paddle. By completing a purchase you agree to Paddle's terms of service.

Companion books: Where a course has a companion e-book, purchasing the course grants you free access to that book. The book is not sold separately at a discount on account of this bundle and has no separate cash value.

Refund policy: We offer a refund on course and book purchases if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed a substantial portion of the course (more than 30% of lessons) or downloaded the majority of its included resources. Refund requests must be submitted to support@sculpt-os.com with your payment email and order reference. We aim to process approved refunds within 5-10 business days. This does not affect any statutory refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Course and Book Access

Purchased courses and books remain accessible in your account for as long as the Service is offered and your account remains in good standing — access is lifetime, not subscription-based. Course videos are streamed and books are read in-browser or downloaded as EPUB where offered; downloadable course resources (worksheets, templates) are made available to enrolled students via time-limited download links.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from technical issues that may temporarily affect content availability, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore access promptly.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or purchased content with anyone who has not purchased access
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell course videos, e-books, editorial content, or downloadable templates without our written consent
  • Attempt to circumvent payment, access controls, or rate limits
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights

8. Intellectual Property

Sculpt's brand, software, course videos, e-books, editorial content, shorts, and downloadable templates are the intellectual property of Sculpt Ltd. Purchasing a course or book grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use that content for your own work; it does not transfer ownership or any right to redistribute it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sculpt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:

  • Any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or error in course content, e-books, editorial articles, shorts, or downloadable templates
  • Any business, financial, or technical outcome arising from reliance on the Service
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sculpt Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Paddle (payments) and email delivery providers. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties.

12. Availability and Changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
